AGENT 01 — POLICY QUERY

Ask NDIS policy questions.
Get cited answers.

Evidence-gated and version-aware — the system searches current official documents, evaluates confidence, then generates a response only when the evidence supports it.

Cited answers

Every answer links to a specific section in the source document. Open it and verify yourself.

Evidence-gated

If the policy can't support an answer, the system explains what it couldn't find and stops.

Multi-turn context

The system keeps the last six turns in context — ask follow-up questions without repeating yourself.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you start

Will this replace my support coordinator?

No. This answers questions about public NDIS policy documents. Your coordinator understands your individual situation and has obligations this system doesn't.

Is it free? Do I need an account?

Free. No account needed. Anonymous guests get 10 queries a day.

How current is the information?

Monitored daily. When a new Price Guide or guideline is published, the old version is retired before the new one is indexed. There's always a short window between publication and ingestion.

Can I ask follow-up questions?

Yes. The system keeps the last six turns in context, so you can refer back without repeating yourself. Older turns are summarised rather than dropped.

Who is Claim Checker for?

Service providers and support coordinators who prepare NDIS invoices and shift notes. It cross-checks your documents against current policy before you submit.

Does Claim Checker store my documents?

No. Files are deleted from our servers immediately after your compliance report is generated. Nothing is retained.
